HANESBRANDS INC. SETS DATE FOR FOURTH-QUARTER 2009 EARNINGS ANNOUNCEMENT AND INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (Jan. 14, 2010) – Hanesbrands Inc. (NYSE: HBI) today announced that it will host a live Internet audio webcast of its fourth-quarter investor conference call at 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010.

Hanesbrands also will summarize the results of the year and quarter ended Jan. 2, 2010, in a press release that will be issued Jan. 27 at the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
