 Joan McReynoldsExecutive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer
Joan McReynolds leads the company’s customer management group. She joined Sara Lee in 1997 as vice president of sales for Sara Lee Hosiery. In 2003, she was named chief customer officer for the food, drug and mass channels of customer management. In 2004, McReynolds assumed her current role and responsibility for the customer management group. Prior to joining Sara Lee, McReynolds had a 22-year background in department/specialty store apparel merchandising with Neiman Marcus, Marshall Field and May Company. She was also previously vice president of marketing and sales for Vanity Fair, the intimate apparel division of VF.
