From May 2000 until January 2007, Johnson served as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of RARE Hospitality International, Inc., an owner, operator and franchisor of national chain restaurants. From July 1999 until May 2000, she served as vice president, general counsel and secretary of RARE Hospitality, and served as its vice president and general counsel from May 1999 until July 1999. From January 1989 until May 1999, Johnson served as vice president, general counsel and secretary of H.J. Russell & Company, a real estate development, construction and property management firm.
